A useful correction request
Send the article address, the passage that needs checking, and a current public source. Include the source’s date when it matters. A broken link, inaccurate attribution or unclear distinction is useful feedback.
The limit of this contact
This is not Tenet Healthcare, USPI, Conifer or eTenet support. We cannot reset passwords, unlock accounts, change employment records, assess benefits eligibility or investigate an individual workplace case. Follow the verified route supplied by your actual employer for those tasks.
Keep private records private
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, employee or patient identifiers, identity documents, pay statements, bank details, health records or another person’s information. We do not need private evidence to correct an article based on public sources.
Correspondence
Email is processed by the email services used by the sender and the publisher. The public email link opens the reader’s mail application; it is not a message-submission form on this website.Correspondence is used to assess and respond to publication matters. Contact the publisher to ask what correspondence is held and request its correction or deletion where applicable. The reading-preference controls do not erase email records.There is no contact form or guaranteed response time. The About page explains the editorial method.
